Report and decisions of the 59th meeting of the Standing Committee at its meeting of 22-25 June 2021

The Secretariat of the Convention on Wetlands presents its compliments to the Permanent Missions and Administrative Authorities of the Contracting Parties to the Convention, and has the honour to inform the Contracting Parties that the Standing Committee of the Convention held its 59th meeting with online sessions held from 22 to 25 June 2021. The Standing Committee decided that the resumed session of its 59th meeting would take place between 23 May and 27 May 2022, with the possibility of extending the session for another two days if required once the provisional agenda has been finalized.

The Secretariat of the Convention on Wetlands respectfully avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Permanent Missions and Administrative Authorities of the Contracting Parties to the Convention the assurance of its highest consideration.
